• SITE INSPECTION / ANALYSIS – This involves a full site inspection and measure of the clients existing property and to establish northern orientation & neighbouring buildings. Also it is the perfect time where we establish the clients brief and understanding of their proposal.

• DESIGN CONCEPT DRAWINGS – These are conceptual sketch plan drawings based on the client’s brief, which consist of existing & proposed floor plans and elevations. It can also include 3D models or perspective drawings if requested by clients.

• TOWN PLANNING DRAWINGS – These drawings are for the purpose of lodging the client’s proposal to local council for Town Planning approval, if required. They have been derived from the Design Concept Drawings and include all relevant requirements to satisfy local council requests.

• CONSTRUCTION / WORKING DRAWINGS – This type of drawing outlines all aspects of internal & external building materials including all structural components. These drawings provide the basis for building quotes and building permit applications.

• INTERNAL DETAIL DRAWINGS – These drawings document all aspects of cabinetry / joinery, wet areas and electrical issues. They are extremely helpful for the tendering & quoting process. Also it helps clients with committing to the selection of materials, surfaces, fixtures and fittings.

• TOWN PLANNING & BUILDING PERMITS – Design Wise Consultants can assist clients by applying to council and building surveyors and managing this process to obtain their relevant permits.
